Our diabetic tag is the perfect way to keep your dog safe.

The bright red tag features a striking black font and a unique detailed illustration of a dog. The front showcases one of our original Hoobynoo dog breed illustrations, customized to include the word "diabetic" if desired.

Our tags are delivered in a brown presentation envelope with a split ring for easy attachment to your dog's collar. Made with high-quality inks and coated with 1.1mm thick aluminium, our design is both permanent and waterproof.

Please note, the tag is not chew-proof.

What contact details should I include on the back?

In the UK, it is a legal requirement for your dog to wear a collar or tag with your details in a public place. The pet tag (or collar) should include the surname and address (specifically the door number and postcode) of the owner and a contact number is advisable.

A layout we recommend is:

A Smith
1 Dog Road
Woofville
DG1 2WF
01234 567890

Contact Numbers are optional, however we highly recommend to include at least one contact number.

What details should I put on the front of the tag?

Look through our pet breed images to choose one of our Hoobynoo original dog illustrations.

Then you can choose to personalise the front of the tag with the wording of your choice, we recommend keeping this to less than 20 characters for the best appearance on the tag.

Some options to go on the front of the tag include

Your dog’s name ( You may prefer not to for security reasons)

I’m Chipped

Call my Humans

If found

Microchipped

Needs Meds

Your Surname
