We personalise these sacks with your own message and one of our dog breed illustrations, so not only will your dog love it but it will look fab under your tree and in your Christmas photo's too.
The wonderful thing about this personalised present sack is that it is made from a lovely thick canvas material, this gives it an old fashioned authentic feel with the design having that aged, faded look and it will last year after year.
The small sack measures approx 30 x 40 cms so is perfect for dog treats and toys. The design will be printed on one side. The larger size measures approc 50x70cm
Personalise the cute Sack with a cute illustration to match your dog. Our illustration are all made in house and start as a hand drawn sketch which we then make into a digital illustration.
Or for a little extra we can carefully draw your dog digitally by hand, based on the photo you send. A proof will be sent to you, allowing you to make any changes. After you approve the illustration it is hand printed directly to the sack along with your dog's name or the wording of your choice. It is then ready to be sent to you.

UK Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, we usually process orders in 1-2 working days, arrival time will depend on the delivery method you have chosen.
In the unlikely event that your item doesn't arrive, Royal Mail asks that you allow 15 working days for delivery. If, after this time, your item still hasn't arrived then please let us know and we will dispatch an identical replacement for you immediately.
We do need to be advised of non-arrivals within 15 working days (UK) or 30 working days (international)
In the UK we usually send items with Royal Mail, most of our items will fit through a standard letterbox however Bowls and mugs will need to be taken in or left in a safe place.
Royal Mail will leave most deliveries with a neighbour unless you’ve told them not to. If your item was lost after being left with a neighbour, or in your safe place, it’s not Hoobynoo or Royal Mail’s responsibility to replace it. So please think carefully when advising Royal Mail of a safe place.
You can choose not to have future deliveries left with a neighbour by completing a form on the Royal Mail website.
International Delivery
Our international orders are sent either with Royal Mail or DPD. Depending on where you are in the world delivery times may vary. We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail aims to deliver items to Europe in 3-5 working days and the rest of the world in 5-7 working days. In the unlikely event that your item doesn't arrive, Royal mail asks that you allow 30 working days for items being posted to Europe and 25 working days for items posted to the Rest of the World before declaring an item is lost. If after this time your item still hasn't arrived then please let us know and we will dispatch an identical item for you straight away.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, please contact us if there is a problem once your order has been received. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will either replace the item or issue you with a refund. We must be notified of a faulty or incorrect item within 14 days. If we are issuing you a refund for a faulty item you will receive a full refund.
If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase you are free to return it within 14 days in perfect condition, once we have received your item we will issue you with a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in a re-salable condition, please package the item well and send via a recorded service. The return postage is your responsibility.

Where to Return Items
Before you return an item please contact us at mail@hoobynoo.co.uk to obtain a returns reference number. Any item returned without this number will not be eligible for a refund.
Please include this number on your parcel when you return the item, please package items carefully, if the product becomes damaged during the returns process then we will be unable to issue you with a refund.
