Personalised English Pointer Dog Tag - Polka Dot
Your Pointer will look especially stylish with this unique Dog ID tag, complete with miniature portrait of themselves.
The pet tag is available in 3 different sizes with a variety of background colour choices so you can easily match it to your dog's collar.
You can choose to personalise the front of the tag if you wish although vets do not recommend putting the dog's name on the tag. On the reverse you can put your contact details, the legal requirement is your name and address, we also advise a phone number and whether the dog is chipped.
We don't impose a character restriction but for very long addresses we advise house number, postcode, phone number and surname.
The tags are very lightweight, only 1mm thick so they are very comfortable for the dogs to wear, they are also durable and waterproof.
Small 25mm, Medium 32mm and large 38mm. We recommend the large size for this breed.
What size tag is right for my dog?
The 4 tags sizes we have are:
- Tiny - 1.9cm
Ideal for small cats and toy dog breeds such as Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas and Miniature Dachshunds - Small - 2.5cm
Ideal for Large Cats, and small dog breeds such as Pugs, Terriers, Miniature Schnauzers - Medium - 3.2cm
Ideal for medium sized dogs such as Spaniels and Collies - Large - 3.8cm
Ideal for Large Dogs such as German Shepherds, Dobermans and Retrievers. Or if you would prefer a tag that is more visible on your dog.
What contact details should I include?
In the UK, it is a legal requirement for your dog to wear a collar or tag with your details in a public place. The pet tag (or collar) should include the surname and address (specifically the door number and postcode) of the owner and a contact number is advisable.

Contact Numbers are optional, however we highly recommend to include at least one contact number.
What should I put on the front of the tag?
Look through our pet breed images to choose one of our Hoobynoo original dog illustrations.
Then you can choose to personalise the front of the tag with the wording of your choice, we recommend keeping this to less than 20 characters for the best appearance on the tag.
