Receive a beautiful hand-drawn digital portrait of your beloved pet, whether it be a dog, cat, horse, or rabbit.
This personalised drawing serves as a touching memorial or a thoughtful present for a friend or family member.
All we need is a photo of your pet, and we will transform it into a timeless digital illustration.
If you choose the digital illustration option, we will email you a high-quality version. The other options include both the digital file and the finished printed and framed products.
The frame measures approx 14in by 11in. The aperture inside the mount is A4.
What photos work best and how can I send more than one?
High quality photos, which have good lighting work the best. Taking photos in natural lighting usually work best.
If you would like to send more than one reference photo you can email them to mail@hoobynoo.co.uk quoting your order number.
What is included?
We will send you a digital proof of your portrait to make sure you are happy with it. This will take 1-4 working days. Once your illustration is perfect for you we will send:
A beautiful print of your pet's portrait on 230gsm Archival Matt Paper.
Choose to add a solid Ash frame with clear perspex to ensure safe delivery of your framed print.
An email with a high quality custom digital portrait of your pet.

UK Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, we usually process orders in 1-2 working days, arrival time will depend on the delivery method you have chosen.
In the unlikely event that your item doesn't arrive, Royal Mail asks that you allow 15 working days for delivery. If, after this time, your item still hasn't arrived then please let us know and we will dispatch an identical replacement for you immediately.
We do need to be advised of non-arrivals within 15 working days (UK) or 30 working days (international)
In the UK we usually send items with Royal Mail, most of our items will fit through a standard letterbox however Bowls and mugs will need to be taken in or left in a safe place.
Royal Mail will leave most deliveries with a neighbour unless you’ve told them not to. If your item was lost after being left with a neighbour, or in your safe place, it’s not Hoobynoo or Royal Mail’s responsibility to replace it. So please think carefully when advising Royal Mail of a safe place.
You can choose not to have future deliveries left with a neighbour by completing a form on the Royal Mail website.
International Delivery
Our international orders are sent either with Royal Mail or DPD. Depending on where you are in the world delivery times may vary. We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail aims to deliver items to Europe in 3-5 working days and the rest of the world in 5-7 working days. In the unlikely event that your item doesn't arrive, Royal mail asks that you allow 30 working days for items being posted to Europe and 25 working days for items posted to the Rest of the World before declaring an item is lost. If after this time your item still hasn't arrived then please let us know and we will dispatch an identical item for you straight away.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, please contact us if there is a problem once your order has been received. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will either replace the item or issue you with a refund. We must be notified of a faulty or incorrect item within 14 days. If we are issuing you a refund for a faulty item you will receive a full refund.
If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase you are free to return it within 14 days in perfect condition, once we have received your item we will issue you with a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in a re-salable condition, please package the item well and send via a recorded service. The return postage is your responsibility.
WE REGRET WE CANNOT EXCEPT RETURNS OF PERSONALISED ITEMS.
Where to Return Items
Before you return an item please contact us at mail@hoobynoo.co.uk to obtain a returns reference number. Any item returned without this number will not be eligible for a refund.
Please include this number on your parcel when you return the item, please package items carefully, if the product becomes damaged during the returns process then we will be unable to issue you with a refund.
