Part time Studio Assistant
Based in Thanet
12 hours a week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri)
11am-2pm (subject to change)
Possibility of overtime at peak times.
The position will be offered subject to interview on a three month trial basis and a 12 month contract will be offered subject to a performance review after this period.
£5.55-£7.20 per hour

ROLE
Your main role will be to create the files needed for us to make our products, a basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator would be a huge plus, otherwise a good level of computer knowledge would be required. Mac users preferable. No illustration skills are required, you will simply be manipulating existing templates.
Training will be given, but attention to detail is a must and the ability to concentrate for long periods to minimize mistakes.
Other tasks may involve listing items on our sales platforms, proof reading and packing orders. Further training may be given on manufacturing of products if the applicants contract is extended.
We get extremely busy with Christmas orders through October, November and December so we need someone who can work to a very fast pace when required.
Requirements- You must be available to do overtime during November and December, should the position be extended.
SKILLS
Exceptional attention to detail, pride in work and organisation skills is a must. You must be creative and have a positive can do attitude.
You will need to be able to work independently on your tasks. You will need to be able to work to a fast pace when required. As we are such a small team punctuation and commitment is essential.
